hehe, that's a tip from an indonesian guy i played badminton with way back my exile days in cebu...
and yup, i applied the tip again yesterday... after a year of not playing badminton...

awwwwwwwwwwwwwooouucccchhhh!!! now, that's me and my whole body in agony nyahahaha...
but still, it was fun!!! can't wait for the next game (hopefully next month hihihi)
