it's holiday today... spring equinox... and i'm glad i can have this break from work. i'm pretty tired from all the overtime i've been rendering since the month started. i'm not really complaining, it's just that i'm struggling with the "no-flextime" policy of nC0$ hehehe... actually, it will start next month but i'm determined to "practice" now so that it will not be hard for me to adjust. if you check my dts, i only perfected the week of 3/9-3/13 with no flex... the 1st week, 15mins flex (3/3) and yesterday, 1hr flex (3/19)... what really tires me the most is the overtime... for the past 3 weeks, i already have 24++ OT-offset hours... with no pay... ouch T_T then i have to get up early the next day to "practice". :zzz:
what i do not like about this policy is they did not clear if it's also "no OT" wehehehe... and i think it should be like that if they are really concerned with cost cutting measures... just render fixed 7.45 hours of work :p but at the rate my project is undergoing now, i think "no OT" is impossible (muri!) and i'm really disappointed with the way things are handled now... not only i'm suffering from the mismanagement, but most especially the people way back home... but what choice do we have? :p all we can say is "haaaaaayyyyy" and pray that the rain of bugs and urgent requests will be over...soon! anyway, yesterday we were able to release our urgent deliverable for the nth time... and i'm really happy to be able to get up at 10:30am today wehehehe... and i'm glad my projectmates at home can enjoy their outing this weekend :-D
but then again, time flies when you're having fun... another release on the 27th...

oh, diane's here 'til the end of the month! weeeee! but i do hope i can join her with sightseeing on weekdays after work... ooooohhhhh teeeeeeeee..... :-S
