to be honest, i was really happy to hear the news of my promotion... but... part of me felt a bit sad as i remembered my post last year... yeah, i got promoted also that day... but it was also the day when i told the good news to my parents and they replied back that my sister was confined in the hospital... and just after a few hours of jubilation came the tears of sadness... my cousin even told me that my tatay told her, "bakit kaya ung ibang mga anak nya ay umaasenso sa mga careers nila, tapos ung panganay ko ay kinukuha na sa kin?" it was as if tatay was questioning God...

anyway, i'm not saying that some tragedy will occur in my family whenever i get promoted :p (i hope!) i'll just tell them this friday, so as not to jinx it hehehe :p

if any of my beloved groupmates or officemates... at pati na rin sa lunchberks... is reading this post... don't you ever call me "ma'am"! ang tumawag sa kin nun walang pasalubong/libre :p gaya nga sabi ko sa ibang tao, bata pa ko, di un bagay sa kin... at wag nyo kong tatawaging "sir!", bawal pilosopo! adik kayo! =))
